InfiniVAN Home Premium enters the chat: A fresh contender in PH’s fiber internet race

There’s a new name in town and it’s got Japan-grade internet backing it up. At a time when Filipino consumers are increasingly demanding stable, high-speed internet, InfiniVAN Home Premium is stepping into the ISP ring with promises of reliable fiber connectivity, transparent service, and a premium experience designed with the modern digital lifestyle in mind.

    A new challenger approaches

The local ISP scene has long been dominated by a familiar few. But on July 1, newcomer InfiniVAN Home Premium made its media debut with a bold mission: to deliver Japan-quality internet to residential users in the Philippines, starting with condominiums in Metro Manila.

Affiliated with IPS Inc., a Tier 1 telecommunications company in Japan, InfiniVAN’s entry brings with it not just a fresh brand, but a promise of stronger infrastructure.

According to Anthony Gono, head of InfiniVAN’s residential business unit, “One of the unique selling propositions…The bandwidth is ours. So it’s coming from Japan,” Gono said. “Our mother company is IPS in Japan. It’s a Tier 1 telecommunications company. That’s why we’re very confident in our services. Japan-grade talaga.”

    What’s on offer?

InfiniVAN Home Premium is launching with three Ultra Plans, each designed around common household internet needs:

    • Ultra 350 Mbps – ₱1,499/month, ideal for individuals working from home
    • Ultra 700 Mbps – ₱1,999/month, for small families or home offices
    • Ultra 1 Gbps – ₱3,999/month, for larger households or heavy data users

These packages come with core promises: high-speed service, low latency, guaranteed minimum speeds, and 24/7 customer support.

For those with larger spaces or thicker walls that mess with signal quality, InfiniVAN also offers the Meshforce Whole Home WiFi system as an optional add-on. It’s designed to eliminate dead zones and ensure a smooth connection across every corner of the home, with flexible installment plans:

    • ₱149/month for 24 months
    • ₱299/month for 12 months
    • ₱589/month for 6 months

A practical solution for condo dwellers tired of tiptoeing to the router just to get a bar.

Not in all homes just yet

At launch, InfiniVAN Home Premium is focused exclusively on condominium units in Metro Manila, a segment often underserved when it comes to consistent, high-speed fiber. While this may limit its immediate reach, it also shows strategic targeting: condos tend to house digitally active professionals and families with high connectivity demands.

But expansion is definitely on the roadmap. The company is already eyeing rollouts in Metro Cebu and Metro Davao, and it eventually plans to offer affordable options to lower-income households as well.

    Sweetening the deal

To draw early adopters, InfiniVAN Home Premium is offering a trio of promos:

    • 50% off the monthly bill for the first 3 months for switchers
    • 10% off for customers who leave a Facebook or Google review
    • 15% off for those who post feedback on both platforms

It’s a clever mix of consumer incentive and community building especially as they aim to build visibility in a space crowded with household names.

What this means for the industry

InfiniVAN’s entry into the local ISP landscape isn’t just another new logo in the sea of fiber ads. With a Tier 1 backbone and a focused rollout strategy, it could signal more competition where it’s sorely needed especially in urban areas saturated with demand but underserved in quality.

For Filipino consumers, more players with robust infrastructure mean more pressure on existing providers to level up. And that’s a win for everyone, premium or not.
